Our stay at Casa Das Palmeiras was a delightful escape to a charming farmstay where we had the pleasure of interacting with friendly animals on the property. The air-conditioned house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, allowed us the flexibility of self-catering and feeling right at home. As we enjoyed a lovely breakfast made with regional products, we soaked in the serene surroundings, feeling truly cosseted in this serene rural haven.Venturing out, we explored Viseu, a short drive away, known for its famous Dão Wine, a delightful excursion for wine lovers. Back at the farm, we reveled in the activities offered, from cycling and hiking to unwinding by the seasonal outdoor pool. The farm's shared lounge, barbecue, and children's playground added to the overall experience, making it a perfect retreat for families and couples alike.Our accommodation, with one bedroom boasting a comfortable double bed and a cozy living room with sofa beds, provided us ample space to unwind. The thoughtful amenities like the flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and free toiletries made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the free WiFi in public areas, giving us the opportunity to stay connected.
